Now let’s learn a bit about grizzly bears.
About the Grizzly Bear
A grizzly bear is a bear that is brown in color, and attacks by charging and chasing after you aggressively. Grizzlies are pretty much the opposite of black bears. They hate dead things! If a grizzly sees something dead, it will walk away, and ignore it.
How to survive an encounter with a Grizzly Bear
To survive a grizzly bear, you need to play dead! Since they hate dead things, they won’t want to come and claw on you. If you don’t play dead, and do the same things you do for a black bear, for a grizzly bear, that won’t do so well for you. Grizzlies would probably just see you jumping and screaming, and think you are about to attack them, even if you aren’t. It’ll do nothing but try to fight back, so it will claw on you. That’s not so good news for you. You will face serious consequences if you don’t play dead during an encounter with a grizzly.
